This beautiful orange cherry blossom branch painting with the sunset behind it was inspired by my trip to Japan to see cherry blossoms and also by Fall foliage in Bishop. A single bird is gliding into the sun and the last picture is a picture of me gliding freely like a bird into the sun in a forest of yellow aspen trees. I love everything Spring and Fall including cherry blossoms and fall foliage! This painting represents the beauty and freedom of a bird gliding through life.
