Home Sweet Home
This is my "Home Sweet Home" poster print of my original watercolor succulent botanical painting. I painted many String of Hearts on the ceiling as I love this plant and grow it at home. String of hearts is a semi-succulentflowering plant from South Africa that makes a beautiful houseplant. Its plump leaves are shaped just like little hearts, deep green in color lined with bright light blue. The new grown and stems are often tinged pink. The leaves appear on long cascading vines that hang straight down, creating an effect almost like a beaded curtain of heart-shaped leaves. I designed this watercolor painting with lots of green succulents, cacti, and botanical leaves hanging on the wall, ceiling and sitting on the floor of a living room. I drew in a cute cat whose favorite spot to nap is in this room. I used gold embossing powder technique to create the gold shadow boxes and gold terrariums. This watercolor is made for plant and cat lovers. It makes a great addition to your living room wall decor and makes a great housewarming gift. This is a poster print only, frame not included.
